ÐÓ°É

I am Mrs. Cynthia Wheat. I was born and raised in ÐÓ°É, MS, and I am a proud alum of ÐÓ°É Public Schools. After working in the banking sector for several years, I decided to change career paths in 2000. It was then that I attended ÐÓ°É State University where I received my bachelor’s degree in education. I began my teaching career in 2007. Schools have certainly changed over the years, and I’ve continued to learn, improve, and grow in my profession. I have taught many grades and subjects over the years, but I have landed my dream job serving as a Reading Interventionist.  I still live in ÐÓ°É with my husband, Sammy, of 30 years. We have five children and, as of today, seven wonderful grandchildren. You can describe me as hardworking and committed. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, singing, exercising, and serving at my local church, New Horizon Church International.
