While , I thought it would be fun to take a look at everything that brought . I was interested to see that while natural concrete has been around in different forms for thousands of years, the concrete mixture we know of today is actually quite modern (relatively speaking). In fact, inventors only began to take an interest in developing the “artificial stone” substance a couple hundred years ago.

Since then, concrete has taken a hold of the world of infrastructure incredibly quickly, and has become the most used man-made substance in infrastructure today. Have a look at the infographic below for a fun lesson on the evolution of concrete technology.
